Yes. Our earrings are completely nickel-free and therefore suitable even for sensitive skin.

The porcelain and ceramic gold contain no nickel, and the earring hooks are made from 925 sterling silver, refined with 24-carat gold.

All materials comply with current EU regulations for nickel-free jewellery.

Each mamutaki earring is a unique piece and carries its own certificate with a serial number. With this number, you can easily register your jewellery: simply visit register.mamutaki.com and click on “Start Registration.”

Then follow the short steps – all you need is the serial number which you will find included in your box with your mamutaki earrings.

The registration is quick, effortless, and completed within just a few minutes.

We ship your order within 1–2 business days.
Delivery typically takes up to 3 additional business days, and in rare cases up to 7—this depends on your location. You can find a detailed overview in the table here.

Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step of its journey. So far, more than 80% of our orders arrive within 4 days.

Shipping is free for all orders above €120.

Shipping to Belgium,  and the  Netherlands  is also free of charge.

Shipping to Germany is also free - we recommend to place your order via our local shop site here.

For countries listed here, we offer a flat shipping rate of €4.90.

For Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, and the Canary Islands, a flat rate of €9.90 applies.

All mamutaki earrings come with the regular 2-year warranty. If you register your pair using the unique serial number on the certificate inside your earring box, we’ll extend that warranty by an additional year.
With this number, you can easily complete the registration here and activate your 3-year extended coverage.

If your mamutaki earrings don’t meet your expectations, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, just like with any online order. Simply use the model withdrawal form available here.

Please note that return shipping costs are to be covered by you. As soon as we receive your returned earrings, we will promptly refund your purchase amount.
